How to use? For best results, I recommend a hot shower! Steam up your shower a little bit before lathering up with the Head & Sinus Clear Bar. While suitable for full body cleansing, I highly recommend focussing on pulse points (as in temples, just below your ear lobe, wrists) and chest. Massage around generously while breathing deep! Then rinse off when you’re ready with warm water. For an added bonus, follow with a little facial massage and get on with your day. Suitable for daily use, recommend using twice daily.
