Start your journey to dreamland in some French lavender fields. This dreamy blend of coconut oil, shea butter, locally grown (and pressed) olive oil and Australian jojoba oil along with pure lavender oil and dried lavender flowers is the perfect first step for a wind down routine in a hot shower/bath. The only way you could make this better is with a Sangria Bath Bomb, some French Lavender Body Butter, a cup of chamomile tea, and some fresh flannelette sheets and good book 👌🏻 Absolute cozy perfection!

How to use? When the clock strikes 8/8.30, drag your butt to the bathroom and run your bath/set your shower temp (highly recommend warm water for this one), have a bit of a splash around, then lather up your French Lavender bar! Either with your hands, a wash cloth, a loufer, or a body brush. Work in a circular motion over your body and BREATHE DEEP! Take your time, rinse off, dry off, slip into your favourite jammies and relax into a dreamy night 🧘🏽♀️
ONE MORE THING: To ensure the longevity of your soap (and your good night’s sleep track record), use a soap dish that will allow the bar to drain and dry out underneath.
